What the...?

Yes that's my reaction when I noticed the enormous popularity of my latest blog entry. Finnish design seems to be popular amongst Finns, Americans and the Dutch people. Thank you for your interest :)

My next entry will be about my oh-so-wonderful leather jacket. It's also Finnish. Naturally.

Sherlock won three Bafta awards! Let's hope Benedict/Martin/Andrew win something as well.

Worst blog keeper ever?...

Hardly.

But here’s a treat:

I told you earlier that I like design, in a way, though I’m a poor student. Fortunately I got some extra money before Easter and I could FINALLY buy myself four of these beautiful cups, of which one is in the picture. It’s Sami Rinne Design (click on the shop) and he makes all his work by hand. Every cup is unique. Expensive, yes, but by buying those you support Finnish design. What’s better than that?

Oh yes, and then there’s the espresso maker. It’s Bialetti, some sort of classic I presume. Mine is red, limited edition and I haven’t seen them in the shops anymore. I like red. That’s why it’s red. Limited edition isn’t the important part. The espresso is.

And then my mind wondered off in to espresso. My absolute favourite is Yard Dog. It’s wonderful with sugar and good with just milk as well.
